Navi Technologies offers mapping, GPS navigation, and community-based services through its website and mobile/web applications. This privacy notice explains information collection, usage, updating, managing, and deletion practices.
Age Requirement: Users must be 18+ to access services.
Personal Information Definition: Information that identifies you, such as “your name, email address or billing information” and location/route data reasonably linked to such information.

Navi assigns unique identifiers to all accounts, even without registration, enabling device linking via QR codes.
Information links across devices and browsers. Location and contributed information become visible to registered Navi contacts.

Users publicly share information with community members. Usernames appear with reports and posts. Email addresses remain hidden from public reports. Voice recordings become downloadable by other users once shared.

Deletion initiates immediately through in-app settings. Complete removal typically takes “about 2 months” though backup systems may retain data longer.
Cookies save login credentials, facilitate website use, collect statistics, and customize preferences. Disabling cookies may complicate service access.
Ads display based on activity, location, destination, and search history. Users can disable personalization in privacy settings. Navi avoids sensitive category-based personalized advertising.
Navi implements systems restricting access to authorized personnel under confidentiality obligations. However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Data processes globally across Navi servers. Protections apply regardless of processing location. Navi collaborates with regulatory authorities on transfer complaints.
Users access, review, update, delete, and export information through in-app tools or the website dashboard using valid credentials. Requests go to privacy@navi.app.
Non-material changes take effect after 7 days; substantial changes require 30 days’ notice via system messages and homepage notifications. Legal compliance changes are immediate.
